It’s that time of year again when Monsoon is upon us! Many people are put of rafting and kayaking in the monsoon from rumours that all the rivers become unrunnable here in Nepal. Although this is true for several of the rivers, it is not the case for all of them.

Come and join us this June through to September on the Trisuli River for 1 to 4 days of activities. We have got rafting, kayaking and canyoning going from our beach camp and YOU are welcome to join!!

Canyoning During The Monsoon
Canyoning in Nepal is one adventure sport that gets you off the beaten track and cannot be missed by the adrenaline seeker and water sports enthusiast when visiting Nepal.
Canyoning In Nepal
Whilst Canyoning with us in Nepal, you will journey though narrow passages of rock which have been contoured by ages of rushing water from the Himalayan snow melts and heavy monsoon rains. You will be traveling down canyons using a variety of techniques including walking, scrambling, climbing, cliff jumping, abseiling and swimming. Now does that sound like fun?!
Gurung Valley
Gurung Valley is located on a beautiful spot right on the banks of the Trisuli river. Our basic riverside tented camp is a unique place to come and relax and enjoy a more chilled side of Nepal.
Gurung Valley Riverside Camp
Gurung Valley is our basecamp for all of our activities during the monsoon. Ideally situated in the center of Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara this is a great place to stay to break up those long bus journeys. -And why not try a spot of kayaking whilst your at it!
So get on the river this monsoon – it’s the best way to cool down!
