Gurung Valley is located on a beautiful spot right on the banks of the Trisuli river. Our basic riverside tented camp is a unique place to come and relax and enjoy a more chilled side of Nepal. With just the sounds of the birds and rapids to enjoy, this is the place to come to get away from it all. 

It is our basecamp for all of our Trisuli activities. It’s also a great place to experience local Nepali culture and enjoy the peace and tranquility we can offer you. Hike in the hills behind, learn to cook Dal Bhat, play volleyball on our private beach, swim in our natural pool or simply read a book. There’s plenty for everyone.

Ideally situated in the center of Kathmandu, Chitwan and Pokhara this is a great place to stay to break up those long bus journeys. -And why not try a spot of kayaking whilst your at it!

Gurung Valley is also an excellent place to host your private groups. Whether you are a business looking for team building, a yoga retreat, school group or simply a group of mates looking to do something a bit different. Let us know what you are looking for and we can make it happen.

Our camp is currently under development. By the end of the year we hope to have Bamboo huts, a swimming pool, toilet block and dining hall built. But for now, we are under canvas! If you are happy for a basic yet comfortable style of accommodation please join us.
